**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift** **Position Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care through the nursing process. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the needs of patients, while directing patient education and supervising ancillary personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining professional nursing standards and ensuring quality care is delivered to all patients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize the nursing process to execute total patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. - Provide guidance and direction to ancillary personnel to support patient care initiatives. - Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and necessary care. - Adhere to established protocols and professional nursing standards to promote safe and effective patient care. **Qualifications:** - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. - Current Iowa RN license. - Basic Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. - Experience is preferred, but not necessary. **Shift Details:** - Full-time night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM). - 3 (12-hour) shifts per week, including every other weekend and holiday rotation. **Employment & Health Requirements:** Candidates must provide proof of the following items at least five business days prior to the contract start date: - Current resume and two recent employment references. - Online verification of licensure or certification, including expiration and disciplinary action history. - Copies of BCLS and ACLS certification cards (both sides). - Record of applicable certifications (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, PALS, NRP). - Complete immunization records, including MMR, Varicella, Polio, Hepatitis B, TDaP, COVID-19, and Flu vaccination (during Flu Season). - Recent negative 2-step Mantoux or QuantiFERON Gold test results. - Proof of physical examination within the past year. - 10 Panel Drug Screen result from within one month prior to the start date. - Criminal background check for all states where you have held a professional license and resided or worked in the past seven years. - Completion of Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificates for Child and Dependent Adult Abuse. **Why Choose Us?** At ARMStaffing, we prioritize the well-being of our nurses.
