**Job Title: Registered Nurse - Varied Shifts (Days and Nights)** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, education, and the implementation of appropriate nursing interventions. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Patient Assessment:** Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and situation. - **Diagnosis:** Analyze assessment data to determine appropriate nursing diagnoses. - **Care Plan Development:** Identify expected outcomes and develop individualized plans of care, proposing strategies and alternatives to achieve these outcomes. - **Plan Implementation:** Execute the identified plan of care while promoting health and safety. - **Quality Improvement:** Continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practices through self-evaluation and adherence to professional standards. - **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to achieve optimal health outcomes. - **Professional Development:** Engage in continuous education and research to integrate findings into nursing practice. - **Leadership:** Provide leadership within the professional practice setting and demonstrate sound judgment, creativity, and problem-solving skills. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Current Montana Licensure as a Registered Nurse. - American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and STABLE certification. - A minimum of one year of experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Labor & Delivery, Emergency Department (ED), or Intensive Care nursing. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain professionalism in a busy and stressful environment. - Excellent decision-making and problem analysis skills. - Self-directed with attention to detail and accuracy. **Additional Qualifications:** - Compliance with hospital protocols related to stroke care, including educational requirements. - Commitment to confidentiality and tact in all interactions. **Working Conditions:** - Varied shifts, including day and night hours, with possible weekends and holidays. - Willingness to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. --- **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
