**Job Title: Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN)** **Shift:** Nights: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM **Duration:** 13 Weeks **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position requires floating to various departments, including the Emergency Room (ER) and Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing with experience in managing ventilators, titratable IV drips, and delivering comprehensive patient hygiene care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver total care for ICU patients, ensuring safety and quality of care. - Monitor and manage patients on ventilators and titratable drips. - Provide hygiene care and assist with other patient needs. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. - Float to ER and Med-Surg departments as needed. - Adhere to hospital policies and procedures. - Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the MedHost EMR system. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience. - Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and TNCC. - Prior experience in Emergency Room and Medical-Surgical settings. - Strong clinical skills in handling ventilators and mixing medications. - Ability to work effectively under pressure with a patient ratio of 1:2-3. - Flexibility to accommodate floating and holiday shifts. **Work Environment:** - ICU unit with a total of 12 beds. - No on-call requirements. - Blocked scheduling may be accommodated upon request. **Please Note:** Fingerprints are required for all traveling nurses. **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
