**Job Title: CT Scan Technologist** **Job Type:** Contract (12-week duration) **Shift:** 12hr Days (M/Th/F 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM) **Location:** Travel required (No local candidates within 50 miles) **Position Overview:** We are seeking a qualified and experienced CT Scan Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role involves operating computerized tomography equipment to produce detailed images of specific areas of the human body. Our facility is a Level 2 trauma center, providing care to a diverse patient population, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty and possess the necessary certifications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Operate Siemens CT scanners to perform imaging exams for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services. - Perform trauma, stroke, cardiovascular, procedural, and routine CT examinations. - Ensure high-quality images are produced while maintaining patient safety and comfort. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Adhere to industry standards and best practices in radiologic technology and patient handling. - Maintain equipment and assist with quality assurance activities as needed. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging. - Current BLS certification. - Valid ARRT certification in CT. - Strong understanding of imaging protocols and patient care. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. **Additional Information:** - Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly - Contract Weeks: 13 At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
