**Job Title: Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing Facility** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The ideal candidate must hold an active California nursing license and possess relevant experience in rehabilitation services. Familiarity with the Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system is highly desirable. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide expert nursing care to residents in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment. - Monitor and assess patient health status, documenting all findings accurately. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and modify individualized care plans based on resident needs. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols. - Educate residents and their families about health management, rehabilitation procedures, and recovery plans. - Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for residents and staff. - Conduct staff training and participate in quality improvement initiatives. **Qualifications:** - Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is essential. - Knowledge of Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. **Position Details:** - Shift: Day - Guaranteed Hours: 38 hours per week - Contract Duration: 91 weeks At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
