**Job Title: IMC Registered Nurse (RN)** **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM **Position Type:** Full-time, Contract **Location:** [To Be Determined] **Service Line:** New/Expanded Service Line **Guaranteed Hours:** Yes **Contract Duration:** 91 Weeks **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float pool. As an IMC RN, you will provide high-quality patient care for individuals requiring close monitoring and specialized nursing interventions. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across various departments, enhancing your skills and experience while supporting a vital healthcare team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive nursing care to IMC patients, adhering to protocols and best practices. - Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments. - Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Educate patients and families on health management and preventive practices. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records. - Support a safe and therapeutic environment for both patients and staff. **Qualifications:** - Current state nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN). - BLS and ACLS certification required. - Experience in an Intermediate Care Unit or similar setting preferred. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. **Benefits:** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
