The IMC RN will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to patients in Intermediate Medical Care (IMC) settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong nursing skills, adaptability, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient-centered care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to patients in the IMC unit. - Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. - Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulations. - Uphold safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe patient environment. - Provide support and guidance to less experienced staff and assist in their training as needed. **Qualifications:** - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. - Previous experience in an IMC or similar nursing environment preferred. - Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus. **Why Join Us?** This position represents an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
