**Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU/Critical Care (Night Shift - Variable)** **Position Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic I CARE team in the ICU/Critical Care setting. This role involves providing essential care for acutely and critically ill patients in a highly technical environment that requires ongoing monitoring and assessment. The ideal candidate will perform comprehensive patient evaluations and coordinate care effectively among an interprofessional healthcare team. **Essential Job Functions:** - Deliver high-quality care to patients with acute and critical conditions. - Conduct complex patient assessments to identify health issues and monitor progress. - Facilitate coordination of care across the healthcare team for optimized patient outcomes. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Graduate from an accredited nursing school. - Previous ICU/Critical Care experience is preferred. - Current Registered Nurse licensure in Montana. - Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or equivalent pediatric training are required.
