**Job Title: MRI Technician** **Shift: PM (8 Hours)** **Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM** **On-Call: No, with one weekend on-call every 4 weeks and varied shifts for weekends** **Contract Length: 26 Weeks** **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled MRI Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Siemens MRI systems and possess the necessary qualifications to provide exceptional patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including critical care environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Operate and maintain MRI equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. - Perform MRI imaging for patients, following protocols to achieve high-quality diagnostic images. - Start IVs as needed for patients undergoing MRI procedures. - Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Adhere to safety standards and best practices in imaging procedures. **Requirements:** - Current ARRT certification in MRI (AMRIT acceptable but recent Siemens experience is mandatory). - Proven experience with Siemens MRI systems. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, accommodating diverse patient needs. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Benefits of Joining Our Team:** At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
