**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)** **Shift: AM | 8 Hours** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the principles and current practices of nursing, using the nursing process to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, their families, and the healthcare team. - Implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established standards and protocols. - Direct and supervise nursing support staff in delivering patient care consistent with administrative and departmental policies. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices, trends, and techniques. - Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and professional standards in all aspects of nursing care. **Qualifications:** - Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required).
