**Job Title: Registered Nurse – 10-Hour Rotating Shifts** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team for a full-time position with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and be ready to work true rotating shifts that may include weekends. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Comply with all health and safety regulations and standards. **Shift Details:** - **Type:** 10-Hour Rotating Shifts (Day and Evening) - **Hours/Week:** 40 - **Weekend Requirement:** Every other weekend **Requirements:** - Current RN license in the state of practice. - Previous nursing experience preferred, preferably in acute care settings. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Must meet flu and COVID-19 vaccination requirements, with the option for medical or religious exemptions. **Additional Information:** Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility may be eligible for a local rate.
