**Job Description: Telemetry/Med-Surg Float Nurse** We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Telemetry/Med-Surg Float Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position requires a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. **Shift Details:** - Schedule: 3, 12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30) - Patient Ratios: 1:6 **Qualifications:** - Experience: 1-3 years in a nursing role, with a preference for previous charge experience. - Charting System: Familiarity with Epic is preferred. - Certification: BLS certification required. - Skills: Proficient in interpreting dysrhythmias, managing dysrhythmias, applying isolation precautions, and performing peripheral line care/management. Experience in Med/Surg and telemetry is essential. **Unit & Facility Details:** - Patient Age Groups: Adults and Geriatrics - Interdisciplinary Support: Collaborate with Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Social Services, Pharmacy, and more. **Requirements:** - Availability: No preferred time off greater than 7 days. - Travel Experience: Not required, but appreciated. - Float Requirements: Flexibility to float within the facility is necessary. **Benefits of Joining Our Team:** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
