**Job Title: Outpatient/Inpatient Physical Therapist** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team for a 13-week contract. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional clinical skills and a commitment to enhancing patient outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality patient care, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery. - Work within a structured 4x10-hour schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 08:00 to 18:00). - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. - Demonstrate proficiency in both outpatient (80%) and inpatient (20%) care settings. - Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in compliance with facility standards. **Qualifications:** - Current state license as a Physical Therapist is required at the time of application. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a physical therapy role, with a strong background in treatment modalities. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory. - Previous experience in a healthcare setting with strong communication and collaboration skills. **Preferred Skills:** - Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), particularly Mediworks. - Experience with patient ratio management and charting systems. - Candidates must be flexible and willing to float between different units as necessary. **Additional Details:** - Start date: September 15, 2025 - No weekend shifts or call requirements. - Block scheduling is available.
