**Job Title: Cardiac and Vascular Nurse** **Shift:** 21:00 - 07:30 **Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac and Vascular Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position requires a strong background in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular care. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional clinical care, prioritize patient outcomes, and engage in collaborative workflows with interdisciplinary teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with cardiac and vascular conditions. - Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and assist with diagnostic procedures. - Participate in cardiac call responsibilities one weekend per month and one day per week. - Collaborate with medical staff in assessing and updating patient care plans. - Float to other units as required based on patient needs. - Maintain a thorough understanding of EMR systems utilized within the facility. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular nursing. - Current nursing license in the state of practice; consideration for candidates with pending licenses. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. **Work Schedule:** - 4 x 10-hour shifts, with specific days to be discussed during the interview process. - Must be willing to work designated shifts as required. **Facility Overview:** - The facility includes multiple beds and provides comprehensive medical services. - Local candidates are welcomed, adhering to the specified list of ineligible counties for application. **Additional Information:** - Contract duration: 91 weeks guaranteed hours. - Ideal for those who are passionate about cardiovascular nursing in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. --- At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
