**Job Title: Trauma RRT - Level I Trauma Center** **Shift:** 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team at a Level I Trauma Center. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing critical care for patients in need. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive respiratory care to critically ill patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. - Administer respiratory treatments and therapies in adherence to established protocols and guidelines. - Monitor and assess patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. - Educate patients and families about respiratory care and equipment usage. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 24 months current Level I Trauma RRT experience is required. - Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, active upon submission. - No license hits on record. - Flu vaccination status must be documented; declinations can be applied for. - Preferred experience in PICU/NICU and travel assignments. **Requirements for Submission:** - Candidates must have an Arizona home address on their driver’s license (please include a copy of the ID). - All submissions must be comprehensive, including a completed cover page, detailed resume listing facilities, sizes, beds, trauma levels, and units. - Skills checklist specific to the discipline, must be less than one year old. - Active license verification must be less than 30 days old. - All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept an assignment. - Please provide all requested time-off (RTO) details (must be less than seven days). **Additional Information:** - Weekend and on-call schedules will be determined by the facility. - Submission should include an indication of all departments, shifts, and locations the traveler is willing to work. **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
