**Job Title: Night Shift Registered Nurse** **Shift: 3 (12-hour Night Shifts)** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide integrated, holistic nursing services to patients during night shifts. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and caring nursing care that focuses on the priority health needs of each individual patient. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Provide nursing care that promotes education and active participation from patients and their families, enabling them to attain and maintain optimal health. - Adhere to professional nursing standards set forth by state regulations and the national Nurse Practice Acts. - Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Support patients' physical and emotional well-being through compassionate care. **Qualifications:** - Graduate from an accredited nursing college. - Current Montana nursing license. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Position Urgency: Rapid Response Crisis** **Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week** **Contract Duration: 91 weeks** Join our team and make a significant impact in patient care during critical night shifts.
