**Job Description: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Mom/Baby Unit** **Shift:** 7 PM - 7 AM **Position Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Mom/Baby unit. In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care to new mothers and their infants in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Our facility is known for its state-of-the-art medical care and a commitment to excellence in maternal and infant health. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for mothers and newborns. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring vital signs and patient progress. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support. - Educate patients and families on newborn care, breastfeeding, and recovery post-delivery. - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards of care. **Qualifications:** - Active RN license in the state of practice. - Experience in maternal and child health, particularly in a Mom/Baby or NICU setting. - Excellent communication skills and a bedside manner that fosters trust and comfort. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate adaptability in high-stress situations. **Benefits of Working with Us:** At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
