**Job Title: CT Radiologic Technologist** **Shift:** Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM **Location:** Samaritan Hospital **Department:** CT **Discipline:** CT Radiologic Technologist - CT Trained **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled CT Radiologic Technologist to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing CT scans for emergency room and inpatient cases using a Phillips 64 Brilliance CT scanner. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional who enjoys being part of a collaborative healthcare team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct high-quality CT scans while ensuring patient safety and comfort. - Work efficiently in a high-paced setting, managing multiple cases as they arise. - Collaborate effectively with radiologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system (Epic). - Utilize PACS (Synapse) for image distribution and communication. - Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations. **Qualifications:** - ARRT certification and a valid New York State license required. - BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. - A minimum of 2 years of CT experience. - Comprehensive knowledge of CT procedures and protocols. - Familiarity with EMR (Epic) and PACS (Synapse) systems is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Onboarding Requirements:** - The position requires completion of several onboarding essentials, including: - Physical/Health Statement - Fit Test - Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen - Vaccination documentation (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella) - Two-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) - Criminal Background Check - Education Verification **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
