**Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Varied Shifts** **Location: Hawaii** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in a dynamic and challenging environment in Hawaii. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being during their stay. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer medications and monitor patient responses. - Perform skin treatments and assessments for various health conditions. - Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence. - Conduct nebulized treatments and maintain care for patients requiring respiratory support. - Provide wound vac care and monitor wound healing processes. - Assist with CPAP care and educate patients and families about usage. - Provide care for patients with gastrostomy tubes, ensuring proper management and maintenance. **Shift Information:** - Varied shift scheduling consisting of 8-hour shifts. - Available shifts: Days (0730 - 1530), Evenings (1500 - 2330), and Nights (2300 - 0730). - Must be available to work including weekends and holidays. - Overtime may be required, and preference for shifts or guaranteed hours cannot be assured. **Qualifications:** - Current and valid Hawaii LPN License is required prior to the start of the assignment. - Proof of flu vaccination or an approved medical or religious exception application must be provided prior to the contract start date.
