**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg** **Job Description:** Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a rewarding opportunity in a small, rural hospital setting? We are seeking a skilled RN with experience in Med/Surg to provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse range of patients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg environment. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the medical team. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care. - Participate in shift rotation and provide coverage as needed. **Qualifications:** - Current and valid RN license. - Proven experience in Med/Surg nursing. - Certifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course). - Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Schedule:** - Orientation: First week of assignment during the day, followed by two nights of shift orientation. - Standard Schedule: 6 Nights ON, followed by 8 Nights OFF. **Contract Terms:** - Guaranteed Hours: 36 - Contract Duration: 91 weeks At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
