Job Description
**Job Title: Registered Nurse – High Risk Obstetric Unit (HROB)** **Shift:** Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) **Location:** Various Locations - Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL **Position Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the High Risk Obstetric Unit (HROB). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and possess the ability to float between multiple facilities as needed. This role involves providing care to patients requiring early inductions, antepartum care, and continuous monitoring. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide compassionate patient care in the HROB unit, which serves 16 rooms. - Float between 5 different hospitals based on the facility's needs, census, and staffing levels. - Monitor patients with high-risk obstetric conditions, including antepartum and induction. - Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of care. - Participate in orientation and be required to pass a Dysrhythmia Test during the onboarding process. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a relevant specialty. - Active New Jersey nursing license required at the time of submission. - Current certifications including ACLS, BLS, and NRP. - Experience with EPIC charting system preferred. - Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to manage patient complexities. **Additional Information:** - First-time travelers are encouraged to apply. - COVID-19 vaccination (including booster) is required, with accepted medical or religious exemptions. - Flu vaccination is also required unless exempt. - Must successfully complete all required labs within 48 hours of signing the contract. - Clean-shaven is required for fit testing prior to working on the unit. **Benefits:** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
