**Job Description: Med-Surg RN - 12 Hour Night Shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract position. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with a focus on providing high-quality care to patients in a Med-Surg setting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in a Medical-Surgical environment. - Float between Med-Surg and Observation units as needed. - Adhere to all policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and clean working environment. - Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills and patient care techniques. **Requirements:** - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Current certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). - Flexibility to accommodate up to three days off requests during the 13-week contract. - Willingness to accept added call responsibilities as part of the contract. - Must reside outside of a 100-mile radius from the facility. **Additional Information:** - Influenza vaccination is mandatory—no exceptions will be granted. - The facility reserves the right to cancel up to three shifts during the contract period, and guaranteed hours may not apply. - Enjoy the benefits of working in a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.
