**Job Description: License/Certificate Verification Specialist** **Shift:** 06:30 PM - 06:00 AM We are seeking a dedicated License/Certificate Verification Specialist to join our healthcare team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards in our organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and focused on quality assurance in the healthcare sector. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct thorough verification of licenses and certificates for healthcare professionals. - Manage the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately and efficiently. - Administer and facilitate health history compliance, including but not limited to: - Physical/Health Statements - Vaccination records for COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Varicella, and Influenza - 2-Step PPD or IGRA testing - Monitor and maintain compliance with Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing. - Ensure all required professional documentation and conduct forms are collected and verified. - Perform background checks and education verifications to uphold staff integrity. - Collaborate with clinical teams for support and assistance in onboarding and verification processes. **Qualifications:** - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Previous experience in healthcare compliance or administrative roles preferred. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
