**Job Title: Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)** **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will coordinate comprehensive nursing care for adult and geriatric patients while collaborating effectively with ancillary staff and other healthcare team members. You will participate in patient and family education and provide leadership within the clinical setting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver total nursing care to assigned patients. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain high standards of professional nursing practice. - Participate in patient and family teaching. - Float to Kingsbury as needed. - Manage cardiac drip experiences and document appropriately. - Provide care for patients with dementia and utilize management skills. - Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system for documentation and patient management. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience. - Cardiac drip experience is required. - NIHSS certification preferred. - Proficiency in EPIC is essential. - Strong experience in dementia care and management. - Must possess a valid New Hampshire nursing license, BLS, ACLS, and provide a permanent address in the profile. **Additional Information:** - This position requires a flexible schedule with every other weekend and holiday rotation. - Little to no Request Time Off (RTO) will be approved due to priority by permanent staff. - Block scheduling will not be accommodated for this role. - Candidates must have their own transportation as this community does not offer public transport. **Dress Code:** Professional scrubs (traveler-provided; no logos). **Join our team and make a difference in patient care!** --- At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
