**Job Title: Surgical Technologist - CVOR** **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist with a specialization in Cardiovascular Operating Rooms (CVOR) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position involves rotating shifts across days, evenings, and nights, with call responsibilities required on weekdays and weekends. You must be available for a call response time of 30 minutes, making in-house call rooms available for your convenience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality surgical support during cardiovascular procedures alongside surgeons and other medical staff. - Assist with patient preparation, instrument setup, and maintenance of sterile environments. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Utilize advanced technology and equipment, including Cardiac Robotics, LVAD (Left Ventricular Assist Device), and procedures related to heart transplantation. - Support a variety of cases beyond CVOR, including General, Orthopedic, Neuro, Vascular, Trauma, and Robotics. **Qualifications:** - Current certification through NCCT or NBSTSA; other certifications or uncertified candidates cannot be accepted. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in CVOR is required, with a strong preference for candidates with 3 years of experience. - At least 1 year of experience in a Level 1 Trauma setting within the last 3 years. - Recent travel experience (minimum of 1 year) is preferred. - Strong knowledge and experience in CVOR practices, as well as proficiency in handling diverse surgical cases. **Additional Information:** - Scrubs: Navy Blue required. - Compliance with FLU/COVID vaccination is mandatory, but medical and religious exemptions will be accepted. - Candidates located within a 50-mile radius may have different rate considerations. - Offers must be accepted or declined within 48 hours to avoid being rescinded.
