**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)** **Shift:** 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday) **Additional Shifts Required:** One day per week from 3:30 PM - 6:30 AM and one weekend per month (rotating schedule) **Location:** [Specify Location] **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multiple specialties, including General Surgery, Endoscopy, Robotics, Orthopedics, and some Vascular procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards. - Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio to ensure personalized care and attention. - Utilize paper charting for patient documentation. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. - Perform nursing duties across various specialties as needed. **Requirements:** - Active RN Licensure in the state of practice. - Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. - A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. **Work Environment:** - Scrubs provided to all staff. - No block scheduling or floating involved. - Guaranteed hours will be offered, with a commitment of 91 contract weeks. **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
