**Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN) - Specialty Care Hospital** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a premier specialty care hospital located in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. This bi-weekly position is essential as we provide top-tier patient care across various centers, including Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine, Rehabilitation, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, Bariatric Medicine & Weight Management, Women’s Health, and Pediatrics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients within various units of the hospital. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses. - Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and recovery processes. - Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies. **Qualifications:** - Valid RN license in the state of Michigan. - Previous nursing experience is preferred, especially in a specialty care setting. - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. **Shift Details:** - Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM - Contract Weeks: 91 - Guaranteed Hours: Full-time commitment This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a supportive environment that prioritizes patient care and professional development.
