**Job Title: Registered Nurse** **Shift:** 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM **Schedule:** 36 hours (3x12) per week, weekends and holidays as needed, on-call required **Contract Length:** 13 weeks **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patient needs and collaborating with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care. Primary responsibilities include: - Planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care tailored to individual patient needs. - Identifying patient needs and establishing priorities through comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Developing, implementing, and coordinating individualized care plans based on initial and ongoing assessments. - Initiating patient assessments based on their presenting issues, the physician’s medical diagnosis, and functional health parameters. - Performing therapeutic nursing interventions and managing overall patient care. - Documenting care in alignment with established standards and practice priorities. - Advocating for the adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in patient care. - Delivering patient-centric care consistent with professional nursing practice models. - Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of cardiac and vascular procedure experience. - Required CCL experience. **Preferred Skills & Experience:** - Critical care experience is highly preferred. - Prior experience with EPIC and Sensis systems is an advantage. **Education:** - Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN). - Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). **Licensure and Certification:** - Required: New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse License or Multistate Compact License, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), Telemetry certification. - Preferred: None specified. **Job Category:** Clinical **Guaranteed Hours:** 36.00 --- At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
