**Job Title: Registered Nurse** **Shift:** 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM (3x12 hours, 36 hours per week). Weekends and holidays as required. On call required. **Job Summary:** The Registered Nurse will be responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. This role involves planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on the individual needs of patients. The RN will identify patient needs, determine priorities for care, and ensure effective interventions and evaluations throughout the patient’s treatment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans for patients through initial and ongoing assessments. - Perform assessments based on patients' problems or needs and the physicians' medical diagnoses. - Execute therapeutic nursing interventions and manage the care of patients. - Document care according to standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities. - Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and support the adoption of innovative care delivery methods. - Provide patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice models. - Complete additional duties as assigned. **Skills and Experience:** - Minimum experience in cardiac and vascular procedures is required; neuro procedure experience is preferred. - Critical care experience is highly preferred. - Experience with EPIC and Sensis is preferred. **Education and Certification Requirements:** - Required: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing). - Preferred: BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing). - Active NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. - BLS and ACLS certification (AHA). - Telemetry certification is preferred. **Job Category:** Clinical **Guaranteed Hours:** 36.00 **Contract Duration:** 13 weeks --- At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
