**Job Title: Nursing Position (Night Shift)** **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM **Number of Positions Available:** 1 **Contract Duration:** 91 Weeks **Guaranteed Hours:** Full-time **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team for a night shift position. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring each patient receives the necessary medical attention and support. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to manage patient cases effectively and contribute to a positive patient experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. - Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting observations and changes. - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff in planning and implementing patient care plans. - Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care. - Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards. - Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate and timely interventions. - Participate in continuous education and training to enhance professional skills. **Qualifications:** - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. - Previous nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Flexibility to work night shifts and overtime as needed.
