**Job Title: LDRP Registered Nurse (RN)** **Location: Havre, MT** **Shift: Days and Nights Rotating - 12 Hour Shifts** **Position Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated LDRP Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Havre, Montana. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to obstetrical patients throughout the antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum periods. You will also offer care for newborns using the nursing process. The position requires participation in rotational call and includes labor and delivery, recovery, and postpartum care, with a commitment of 36 hours per week. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for obstetrical patients. - Provide care during the antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum stages. - Support and care for newborns in accordance with standard nursing practices. - Participate in rotational call as required. - Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams. - Ensure compliance with established protocols and procedures. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. **Qualifications:** - Active Montana RN License. - Current certifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and BLS (Basic Life Support). - Previous experience in LDRP nursing preferred. - Reliable transportation is necessary due to the remote nature of the area. - Must reside outside a 250-mile radius of the facility for traveler consideration. **Work Environment:** This position is located in North Central Montana, approximately 40 miles south of the Canadian border.
