**Job Title: EP and Cath Lab Registered Nurse** **Shift:** 7 AM - 3 PM **Location:** Overland Park, Kansas **Position Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular (CV) Department team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional care using advanced technology to treat complex cardiac patients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing electrophysiology (EP) and catheterization procedures. - Collaborate with a team of cardiologists and cardiovascular techs to support the management of patients in various procedures including diagnostic catheterizations, complex PCI/CTO cases, device implantations, LAAO cases, and complex ablation procedures. - Maintain a safe and efficient environment in the 5 procedure areas within the CV department. - Respond to on-call needs within 30 minutes for catheterization lab requirements and stay late for emergency procedures as necessary. - Utilize GE and Philips equipment, along with our documentation systems (MacLab & Meditech) for EMR. - Adhere to all hospital protocols, including those related to patient experience and care standards. **Qualifications:** - Current RN license required. - BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory. - Prior experience in EP and/or Cath Lab settings is essential. - Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication abilities. **Unit Specifics:** - Number of Procedure Areas: 5 - Staffing Model: Exclusively staffed with RNs and Cardiovascular Techs. - Closed unit with no floating outside of the CV department. **Dress Code:** Scrubs provided. **Work Schedule:** - Full-time position requiring 5 shifts of 8 hours (0700-1530), with additional on-call responsibilities. **Why Join Us?** This is a unique opportunity to be part of a busy cardiovascular program that leverages advanced technology for the care of the most complex patients. **At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
