**Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Home Health** **Location:** Various locations available **Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 AM - 04:00 PM) **Contract Duration:** 91 weeks **Job Description:** We are seeking a talented and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated home health team. This role offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one treatments for our patients, fostering their rehabilitation and recovery in a supportive home environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality physical therapy assistance to patients in home health settings. - Conduct 1:1 treatments with a target of 7-10 visits per day, managing patient care effectively and compassionately. - Collaborate with the therapy team to deliver clinical excellence and meet the needs of our patients. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and standards. - Ensure compassionate care and support as patients progress through their rehabilitation journey. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Health as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred, but first-time travelers will be considered. - No certifications are required; we welcome candidates with a passion for patient care. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Availability to work a full-time schedule, with flexibility for Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday shifts. **Special Requirements:** - A commitment to providing outstanding service with a focus on both clinical excellence and compassionate care. - Must be willing to comply with COVID-19 and Flu vaccination requirements; medical or religious exemptions are permitted. **Additional Benefits of Working with Us:** At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
