**Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift** **Location:** Roaring Spring, PA **Shift:** 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM **Contract Duration:** 91 Weeks **Number of Positions:** 1 We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential patient care and support in a collaborative environment while ensuring the highest standards of healthcare are met. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and best practices. - Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions to meet patients’ needs. - Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the healthcare team. - Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies. - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. **Qualifications:** - Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Previous nursing experience preferred but not required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Candidates must undergo complete and clear screenings before starting. **Additional Information:** - Orientation is held weekly on Mondays. - Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for this position. --- **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
