**Job Title: Neuro IR Tech** **Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 15:30)** **Position Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Neuro Interventional Radiology (IR) Tech to join our dynamic team. This position requires specialized knowledge and skills to support our neuro IR procedures and offer high-quality patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform interventional radiology procedures focused on neuro patients. - Manage daily caseloads, typically handling 4-5 cases per shift. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Adhere to radiation safety protocols; agency must provide a radiation badge. - Participate in on-call duties, with an expectation of availability every fifth weekend and one night per week. - Maintain a commitment to exceptional patient care and support. **Requirements:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology and Neuro. - Valid certifications: ARRT (R), Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI) or CCI (RCIS), and BLS. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Must be able to provide or arrange for your own radiation badge; the facility does not supply them. **Schedule:** - This position requires a 4x10 hour shift from 07:00 AM to 15:30 PM. - Weekend and on-call commitments as outlined above. **Facility Information:** - Type of Facility: Teaching Hospital - Magnet Status: Magnet designated, level 1 trauma center - Total Staffed Beds: 865 **Important Notes:** - Applicants must be within a 60-mile radius for consideration, local candidates accepted on a case-by-case basis at a reduced rate. - All requests for time off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission; requests after submission may delay the hiring process. - South Carolina RN license is preferred, though applicants with a pending license will be considered if proof of application is provided. **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
