**Job Title: Rehabilitation Nurse** **Shift:** 06:30 - 19:00 **Job Description:** Join a leading 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have faced severe injuries or illnesses. This facility specializes in providing customized, intensive rehabilitation programs tailored to meet the unique needs of patients recovering from: - Stroke - Brain Injury - Neurological Conditions - Trauma - Spinal Cord Injury - Amputation - Orthopedic Injury As a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will play a critical role in maximizing the health, function, and quality of life for our patients. Your responsibilities will include: - Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans - Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services - Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care as necessary to ensure optimal recovery - Educating patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and recovery goals - Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records **Key Qualifications:** - Current nursing license in the relevant state - Previous experience in rehabilitation nursing or a related field is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care **General Comments:** - No. of Positions: 1 - Contract Weeks: 91 - Guaranteed Hours: Yes (with possibility of additional shifts based on patient needs) --- **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
