**Job Title: Acute Inpatient Rehab Nurse** **Shift**: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM **Location**: Johnston-Willis Hospital **Address**: 1401 Johnston Willis Drive, Floor: 5th, Building: Main **Unit Information**: - **Number of Beds**: 44 - **Number of Staff**: 46 - **Day Shift Team**: 1 charge nurse, Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), nursing techs, and 1 secretary. - **Night Shift Team**: 1 charge nurse with RNs, LPNs, and nursing techs. - **Patient Ratios**: 5-6 patients per RN, 10-15 patients per tech. **Equipment Used**: - Hoyer lifts - IVs - PEG tubes - Trach care - PD and wound care management **EMR**: Yes **Job Description**: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Acute Inpatient Rehab Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting. **Responsibilities**: - Administer medication and perform basic med-surgical nursing tasks. - Provide direct patient care, assessment, and planning as part of a collaborative team approach. - Support patients recovering from various medical conditions through rehabilitation processes. - Utilize specialized equipment, ensuring safe and efficient patient handling and care. - Document patient care and progress accurately and timely in our EMR system. - Uphold health and safety standards as defined by policy and regulatory bodies. **Required Qualifications**: - Must have a strong background in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) care. - Experience in Med-Surgical or Telemetry nursing is preferred. - Must have current licensure and certifications relevant to nursing standards. **Personality Fit**: - Team player with a positive attitude. - Demonstrates a commitment to patient care and teamwork. **Dress Code**: - Scrubs: Navy Blue **Position Details**: - Number of Positions Available: 1/3 - Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks: 91 --- **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
