**Job Description: Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate opening in a dynamic healthcare facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while providing high-quality care to expectant mothers and their newborns. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide compassionate and comprehensive care for patients during labor and delivery. - Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal vital signs, ensuring safety and well-being for both mother and baby. - Assist in labor management and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Utilize advanced monitoring techniques and intervention strategies as needed during labor and immediately post-delivery. - Support families through the childbirth experience and educate them on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and infant care. **Qualifications:** - Active Registered Nurse (RN) License. - Minimum experience required in Labor & Delivery. - Certifications: Advanced NRP, BLS, ACLS, and Fetal Monitoring are mandatory. - Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility. - Ability to work night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) including weekends and holidays. **Additional Information:** - Position is for a duration of 8 weeks. - Floating to other units may be required based on facility needs. - Must have a commitment to professional development and adherence to best practices in nursing care. **Why Join Us?** At ARMStaffing, we prioritize the well-being of our nurses and offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports your career and personal needs.
