**Job Title: Night Shift Nurse (07:00 PM - 07:30 AM)** **Job Description:** We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Night Shift Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position requires working every other weekend and holiday, providing exceptional patient care during the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. **Responsibilities:** - Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their health and safety. - Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. - Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide continuous and comprehensive care. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team. - Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans. - Uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in accordance with healthcare regulations. **Requirements:** - Valid nursing license/certificate. - Completion of mandatory health and professional screenings. - Strong understanding of nursing best practices and patient care protocols. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, especially during night shifts. **Onboarding Requirements:** Candidates will be required to complete the following for onboarding: - Fit Test - Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen - Trinity Code of Conduct Form - I-9 Form - Patient Information & System Security Agreement - Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form - Specialty Specific Competency Testing - Color Vision Assessment - COVID-19 Vaccine Documentation - MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella Immunization Records - Physical/Health Statement - Documentation of Tdap Vaccination - Criminal Background Check - Education Verification **Contract Details:** - Contract duration: 90 weeks - Position involves guaranteed hours At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
