**Job Description: Travel RN - ICU** **Position Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to provide high-quality patient care. This position requires a commitment to working day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, including every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday). The contract duration is 13 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on performance and facility needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver compassionate and efficient care in a fast-paced ICU environment. - Monitor and assess patient's conditions, report changes, and update care plans accordingly. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards. - Provide support to patients and their families, offering education and emotional support. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care. - Float to other units as necessary based on patient acuity and facility needs. **Qualifications:** - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience. - Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications. - Must live more than 50 miles from the facility. **Additional Information:** - Patient-to-nurse ratio is based on acuity, typically 1:2 or 1:3. - Candidates must provide home address and Social Security Number during submission. **Benefits of Joining Our Team:** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
