**Job Title: Travel RN - ICU** **Shift:** Days (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM) **Duration:** 13 Weeks **Patient Ratio:** 1:2/3 (Acuity Based) **Location:** Must be greater than 50 miles from the facility **Floating:** May float to other units as needed **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of ICU RN experience along with current BLS and ACLS certifications. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU. - Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status. - Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement and evaluate care plans. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Participate in patient and family education regarding care and treatment plans. - Adhere to safety and infection control protocols. **Qualifications:** - Current and valid RN license. - BLS and ACLS certification required. - Minimum of 2 years of ICU RN experience is necessary. - Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Additional Information:** - Candidates must include their home address and SSN in submissions. - This position requires availability to work every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday.
