**Job Title: Travel RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)** **Shift:** Nights (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM) **Duration:** 13 weeks **Start Date:** ASAP **Position Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of ICU nursing experience, along with current BLS and ACLS certifications. The RN will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients, working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive patient care in the ICU setting. - Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in patient status. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR). - Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to established protocols and procedures. - Float to other units as needed based on patient acuity and facility requirements. **Requirements:** - Active Registered Nurse (RN) License. - Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience. - Current BLS and ACLS certifications. - Ability to work nights, including every other weekend (Saturday-Sunday). - Willingness to float to other units as required. - Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility. **Patient Ratio:** 1: 2/3 (acuity-based). **Additional Information:** - Number of positions available: 1. - Interviews will involve key personnel from our healthcare organization.
