**Job Description: Ortho/Spine Trained Registered Nurse (RN) – Rotating 10-Hour Shifts** We are seeking an experienced Ortho/Spine trained Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role involves scrubbing and circulating for orthopedic needs, including shoulders, total joints, and spine surgeries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and on-call duties. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide nursing care in the operating room, focusing on orthopedic and spine surgeries. - Circulate and scrub for various surgical procedures. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. - Maintain compliance with all facility policies and procedures. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an operating room setting. - Experience with large trauma Level 1 hospitals within the last year is required. - Proficient in using EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system within the past 2 years. - Ability to circulate and scrub in the operating room; skills checklists must be included in the application packet. - Strong clinical skills in General OR, Orthopedics, Urology, Oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, General Surgery, ENT, Dental, Plastics, Neurology, Cardiovascular Thoracic (CVT), and Trauma are essential. **Additional Information:** - Reliable transportation is necessary; public transportation is not accessible. A personal vehicle or rental vehicle is highly recommended. - Vehicles must have all-season or snow tires from November to April. - Candidates are expected to provide current proof of COVID-19 and flu vaccinations or declinations. **Contract Details:** - Duration: 42 weeks - Guaranteed hours: Yes - Shift: Rotating 10-hour shifts, Monday to Sunday.
