Job Description
**Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist - 9H Days** **Position Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team for a 9-hour day shift position. This role is essential in delivering high-quality care in our state-of-the-art radiology department. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing neuro diagnostic and neuro intervention procedures and will participate in an on-call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct neuro diagnostic and neuro intervention imaging procedures accurately and efficiently. - Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards during all radiological procedures. - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. - Train and mentor new hires and students as needed, promoting a supportive educational environment. - Maintain detailed records of patient data and imaging processes. - Participate in on-call rotation, being available as required for patient needs. - Assist in maintaining equipment and supplies within the radiology department. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years of relevant specialty experience in Interventional Radiology. - Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). - BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications. - Experience with neuro diagnostic and intervention procedures is preferred. - Willingness to adhere to a culture of support and teamwork within the hospital environment. **Contract Details:** - Contract duration: 91 weeks. - Guaranteed hours are provided. - Candidates must be pre-closed before submission. **Additional Information:** - COVID-19 and influenza declinations are accepted. - All requests for time off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission.
