**Job Title: Perioperative Nursing Staff** **Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM** **Job Description:** We are seeking skilled Perioperative Nursing Staff to join our dynamic and fast-paced surgical team. Our facility provides comprehensive perioperative care across a wide spectrum of specialties. You will be collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care for complex and diverse surgical needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide expert nursing care in the operating room (OR) to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. - Manage patient care in a diverse environment, including pediatrics and critical care patients. - Assist in a high-volume surgical setting, averaging 30-50 cases per day. - Support a variety of surgical procedures, including but not limited to: - General Surgery - Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) for adults - Orthopedic surgeries (total knees, hips, shoulders) - Plastic surgeries (including flap procedures) - Abdominal and bowel resections - Whipple procedures - D&C and hysterectomies - Gastric sleeve procedures - Podiatry surgeries - Neurological surgery (craniotomies and other neurosurgeries) - Back surgeries - Urology (cystoscopies and stent placements) **Qualifications:** - Valid nursing license (registered nurse) in compliance with state requirements. - Experience in perioperative or critical care nursing is preferred. - Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. - Proficient in handling a diverse patient population and various surgical procedures. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Certifications:** - Current certifications and licenses such as BLS, ACLS, and relevant nursing certifications. --- **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
