**Job Title: Registered Nurse - NOC Shift (12-Hour Rotating)** **Job Description:** We are seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment while working 12-hour night and day rotating shifts. This position includes a commitment to provide compassionate nursing care every other weekend and is perfect for those looking to make a difference in their patients' lives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures. - Monitor patient health, administer medications, and provide treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to patient care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. - Adhere to infection control and safety protocols. - Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans and interventions. - Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate care. **Qualifications:** - Current RN license in good standing. - BLS/ACLS certification required. - Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred. - Must be able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends. - Must fulfill flu and COVID vaccination requirements (medical/religious declinations may be accepted). **Scrubs Requirement:** Navy Blue scrubs are mandatory. **Additional Notes:** Candidates located within 50 miles will be subject to varying local rate details.
