**Job Description: CT Technologist** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join our healthcare team. This position offers a dynamic work schedule, including day and evening shifts, as well as some weekends, with 10-hour shifts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform CT scans and produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes while adhering to safety and operational protocols. - Maintain current California Certified Radiological Technologist License (CRT) and peripheral Vascular Access certification. - Exhibit a strong understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology. - Accurately position patients and utilize exposure techniques to ensure optimal imaging results. - Serve as the primary liaison between patients, radiologists, and other healthcare team members. - Utilize professional judgment and critical thinking to provide exceptional patient care and support. - Engage with patients to explain procedures and ensure their comfort during exams. **Qualifications:** - Current California Certified Radiological Technologist License (CRT). - Valid peripheral Vascular Access certification. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate. - Proven ability to communicate effectively with team members and patients. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks. **Additional Information:** This position may require up to 36 hours of call throughout the assignment at no additional cost.
