**Job Title: PCU/Telemetry Registered Nurse** **Shift:** 19:00-07:00 **No. of Positions:** 3/3 **Guaranteed Hours:** Yes **Contract Duration:** 91 weeks **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PCU/Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care by leveraging the Nursing Process while adhering to state Nurse Practice Act guidelines and hospital policies. The ideal candidate will exhibit critical thinking, scientific judgment, and effective leadership skills to ensure the safe delivery of patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize critical thinking and clinical competencies to assess patient needs and deliver appropriate care. - Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on the assessment and ongoing evaluation of patients’ conditions. - Demonstrate leadership by anticipating care needs and delegating responsibilities to assigned personnel based on their education and experience. - Maintain clinical knowledge through ongoing education and professional development, ensuring best practices in patient care. - Provide direction and supervision to nursing staff to enhance patient care services. **Qualifications:** - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. - Experience in telemetry and post-acute care settings is preferred. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
