**Job Title: Orthopedic/Spine Travel Nurse (RN)** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic/Spine Travel Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires a strong background in orthopedic nursing, particularly in scrubbing and circulating for orthopedic surgeries, as well as flexibility to work weekends and take on-call shifts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive perioperative care to patients undergoing orthopedic and spine procedures, including total joints and shoulder surgeries. - Scrub and circulate for orthopedic surgeries, ensuring the highest quality of patient care. - Participate in weekend shifts and on-call rotations as needed. - Collaborate with surgical teams in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment. **Qualifications:** - Active RN license with appropriate documentation on file at the time of submission. - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a surgical unit, preferably with prior travel experience. - Significant recent experience working in a large trauma level 1 facility within the last year. - Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records system within the past 2 years is a must. - Must possess skills to both circulate and scrub; checklists for both skills should be included in the application packet. - Strong experience required in general OR, with skills in ortho, urology, oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, general surgery, ENT, dental, plastics, neuro, cardiovascular trauma. **Additional Information:** - All work history information, including bed count and facility type, must be complete for submission. - Please explain any employment gaps over 30 days in your application. - Proof of COVID-19 and flu vaccinations or declinations must be provided. - Note that public transportation is not accessible in this area; reliable transportation is strongly recommended. **Work Schedule:** - This position offers a flexible schedule with potential for varied assignments.
