**Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist** **Shift:** Day 4x10-Hour (08:00 - 18:00) **Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. This position offers an ASAP start date and flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of both the therapist and the facility. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in outpatient rehabilitation, particularly with a focus on musculoskeletal diagnoses, post-operative orthopedic cases, debility, back pain, and neurologic disorders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting - Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of conditions, focusing on recovery and improvement of mobility - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate documentation and patient records using the Meditech charting system (experience preferred) - Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting - Current BLS and CPR certifications are required - Oklahoma state license is required (candidates with a pending license will be considered) - Experience with WebPT is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care **Patient Demographics:** - Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, and Geriatrics - Daily patient census of 4-6, with typical visits averaging 4 per day **Unit/Specialty Details:** We provide a variety of medical services in multiple settings, including acute, outpatient, and inpatient rehabilitation. Our focus is on helping individuals recover and improve physical function post-injury or illness. **Special Requirements:** - Experience treating a wide range of diagnoses, including but not limited to: - Neuromuscular disorders - Orthopedic cases (TKA, THA, TSA) - Cardiopulmonary issues (CHF, COPD) - Critical illness myopathy - Preferred certifications include Manual Therapy, Hand Therapy, and Lymphedema **Benefits:** At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
